Spirit is a higher energy field. It’s source is not the mind. Spirit is separate from thought. It’s source is the synergy of you. It’s your holistic energy, your complete being, joining collectively with the holistic energy of others to create new, higher field of energy that permeates us all. The highest form of your awareness; your enlightened awareness, literally for it is where your awareness takes on the qualities of light, arising from all and penetrating all.
It’s not our collective consciousness, as Jung suggests. It is not our collective intelligence either. It’s something apart from either our consciousness or our intelligence. It’s our collective life force, our collective being. It’s, dare we say, God. The separate higher life-force that ties us all together, which makes us all one.
It emanates from and flows through both our physical sensation and our thoughts. It’s not either one; its everything within us joining together with everything that’s inside everyone else. The collective awareness of all our cells, all our tissues, all our organs, all our bodily systems—all coming together to form a separate singular higher awareness.
We can’t understand it because our understanding exists on a lower energy field, an energy field created by a simpler physical conduit: a single mind. Our spirit is an energy field generated by countless human beings. It’s a higher source of energy from higher physical conduit and it is endowed with a higher level of awareness.
It’s our collective physical energy endowed with our collective awareness. It’s God, our collective life-form endowed with our collective perception.
It’s a law of energy that any complex system of energy can emerge spontaneously into something new and radically different, with its own traits, its own identity, it own laws to adhere to. This emergence can be physical or psychological. Matter and energy are the same at their essence, two current states of the same thing immortal thing: the undying energy of the universe. Matter cannot be created or destroyed. It is eternal.
Any complex physical structure can emerge spontaneously into a new physical structure. Any psychological structure—a structure of awareness—can emerge into a new higher psychological structure. Your thoughts can emerge into their own self-managing, self-aware identities. Your thoughts can think for themselves and aspire for themselves. Your phobias can come alive; your manias can come alive; your compulsions can come alive, your love can take on a life of their own. That’s energy folks, and that is the source of life. Life can be spontaneously generated through focused, consisted energy.
